Kevin and Linh’s story began right here at Vien Dong, the place where they first met, fell in love, and built a life together. Originally founded by Linh’s parents, Vien Dong has always been more than just a restaurant; it’s been a gathering place for family, friends, and community for generations.

As the second-generation owners, Kevin and Linh carry forward the warmth and tradition that started in this kitchen decades ago. They raised their children within these walls and have watched countless other families share their own memories here, too.

For Kevin and Linh, Vien Dong is not only an homage to their culture and a way to honor their roots, but also a symbol of the American dream and a celebration of the Lincoln District , the neighborhood they’re proud to call home, full of incredible neighbors and a vibrant, welcoming community.
